The Rural Municipality of Lost River No. 313 is a rural municipality (RM) in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan within census division No. 6 and SARM division No. 1. The RM is located in the east-central portion of the province, and is bordered by the RMs of Humboldt to the north, Last Mountain Valley to the east, Lajord to the south, and Rosedale to the west.
The RM was incorporated on August 15, 1912. It has an area of 693.23 square kilometers (267.66 sq mi) and a population of 486 according to the 2016 census. The RM's administrative office is located in the village of Lost River.
